Dear shareholder
2024 was a challenging year for Boss Info, which strengthened us as a company. The originally planned Group C-level structure did not work out as hoped from a cost-benefit perspective, which is why we immediately adjusted and dissolved it. Even though some of our business units fell short of the budgeted revenue, we have gained valuable insights and moved forward with renewed energy.
From the middle of the year, I took over operative management again as CEO. Together as a team, we examined every area and took targeted measures to set the course for the future, both in terms of expenses and income. Our values – fairness, a long-lasting relationships, expertise and commitment – remain the unshakeable foundation of our actions. But more than that: they drive us to focus on the big picture and not to settle for mediocrity.
Consolidated EBITDA fell from CHF 7’060’000 to CHF 2’415’802, and the net result fell from CHF 40’000 to CHF -3’957’570. However, this does not discourage us – on the contrary. We have used the challenges as an opportunity to reposition ourselves and are now more determined than ever to look to the future with a clear strategy and targeted measures. Our vision is ambitious: we have budgeted an EBITDA of CHF 7’415’000 for 2025, and the foundations for this have already been laid.
With great enthusiasm that will bring us even closer to our customers and numerous exciting flagship projects on the horizon, we are clearly on course for growth. We know that the customer is at the heart of everything we do. And we look forward to continuing this journey together with you.
I cordially invite you to attend our Annual General Meeting 2025 on Friday, April 25, at 5 p.m. at the Mövenpick in Egerkingen. It will be an opportunity for exciting discussions and personal exchanges, and I look forward to continuing this journey with you!
